- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated ICT management and leadership skills in a large complex environment with a track record of experience in service delivery.
- Extensive experience in the design, build and operations of enterprise web applications in a shared services environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Sharepoint applications and framework will be highly regarded.
- Strong programming skills like PHP and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Drupal and AngularsJS), experience with content management software, and proficiency in source code management systems. Some experience with Java application programming and Microsoft powershell would be desirable. The ideal candidate should also have experience with popular scripting languages.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cloud architecture. Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of enterprise database technologies (e.g. MySQL, MSSQL, SQL) and backend technologies.
- Extensive experience with modern ICT Delivery and Operational practices (DevOps ) tools (e.g. Docker, Git, IAC etc) , and other associated operating methodologies (such as Agile).
- 7Excellent planning and organisation skills with exceptional customer service orientation. Lead by example and encourage and foster a quality service approach from all staff members.
- Excellent communication (oral/written), negotiation and consultative skills and proficiency in documenting of technical and other investigations.
