  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications with subsequent relevant experience in a clinical research environment
  2. Extensive experience in the development, management, and reporting of data and data systems for clinical research including clinical trials (e.g. EDC, CTMS, EMR)
  3. Understanding of regulatory and ethical guidelines relevant to the conduct of clinical research
  4. Demonstrated ability to interpret study protocols to guide data management workflows and CTMS builds
  5. Demonstrated ability to exercise autonomy and initiative in relation to day-to-day problem solving, communication and decision making
  6. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in liaising with a variety of stakeholders/audiences
  7. Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise, have an attention to detail, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a highly paced environment.
  8. Ability to work both independently, collaboratively as part of a team, and take a consultative approach

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.​

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
