Selection Criteria
- Relative tertiary and/or extensive experience in finance related discipline or experience in finance and revenue related roles.
- Proven performance in the management of improving revenue related outcomes specifically surrounding the clinical treatment of medicare ineligible, compensable and private patients.
- Sound knowledge of using programs such as iPM, Power Billing & Revenue Collection (PBRC), Powerchart, Oracle, HealthRoster, Stafflink and Microsoft programs.
- Excellent written and communication skills with experience in writing reports, negotiating and high-level correspondence on complex and sensitive issues.
- Experience in managing a dynamic and hard-working team and or relevant experience in working as part of a large team.
- Knowledge of MBS/AMA guidelines and Compensable billing.
- Drivers Licence
