About the position:

This role supports Hunter New England LHD, offering an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to demonstrate your passion in cultivating respectful relationships and supporting a positive, high-performing workplace culture. As a key point of contact you will interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders and will provide specialised guidance and support across the district in strengthening capability to prevent and address unacceptable workplace behaviours.  In this position you will support all areas of our district by equipping employees with the skills and confidence to engage in respectful conversations, foster bullying-free workplaces, and provide expert advice and support on addressing unacceptable workplace behaviours.

Our Team:

The Organisational Development & Learning (ODL) team leads initiatives to improve workforce capability, engagement, and culture, while also developing the skills and abilities of Hunter New England (HNE) Health staff through the creation and implementation of Organisational learning programs and initiatives.


About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about enhancing employees’ skills and knowledge to foster positive and respectful workplaces. Proven expertise in conflict resolution, along with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
