Research Finance Partner
-
Tertiary qualifications in accounting or business and/or relevant experience within a Finance team of a medium to large organisation and/or extensive relevant experience within a health setting

Demonstrated project-based accounting experience and aptitude to undertake analysis of complex financial and performance related data, to develop succinct interpretations of trends and issues arising from analysis
-
Excellent communication skills, including a demonstrated capacity to communicate financial management and accounting concepts to a broad range of stakeholders
-
Demonstrated advanced skills in a variety of computer software applications relevant to the role, including the MS suite and Oracle Financials, and ability to learn new systems as required

Demonstrated ability to work independently, to take initiative and to drive positive results
-
Exceptional organisational skills and demonstrated capacity to manage a busy workload and competing priorities
-
Previous experience working in a research or grants management environment

Previous experience in service development or enhancement

ASARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) 3 doses are highly recommended for all other health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
