Remote Clinical Support Transformation Manager

- Relevant health related tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience, including relevant and recent experience leading complex programs of work. This includes demonstrated expertise in health and service performance statistics with proven ability to lead development of reports and information products.
- Strong record of achievement at a senior level in a large and geographically dispersed organisation delivering health, human or other complex services. A current driving license and willingness to travel across the Western NSW region.
- Proven track record of effective operational management including demonstrated strong collaborative experience in successfully managing large, complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines with significant experience in building, motivating and engaging a diverse team.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills demonstrating the capability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups to drive the achievement of common goals, and influence decisions to ensure the best possible health service and health outcome needs are delivered.
- Demonstrated strategic planning at a senior level including demonstrated ability to analyse data/evidence to inform planning, evaluation and performance management.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of applicable laws and ethical practices necessary to ensure the integrity of reports and protection of privacy and personal information.
- Demonstrated knowledge of issues related to Aboriginal health and cultural competency for working with Aboriginal people.
- Demonstrated understanding of the structure and operation of the health system in NSW along with ability to provide authoritative advice to enable organisations and individuals to make informed decisions on health service provision and the use of resources.
