What you'll be doing
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant health related discipline (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Rehabilitation Counselling) and /or a demonstrated relevant experience in the provision of occupational rehabilitation case management.
- Demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, including the demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes, through negotiation with key parties including injured workers, workplace managers and supervisors, treatment providers and Claims Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination and management of complex claims including developing a return-to-work program tailored to the needs of the injured employee and provide examples of outcomes achieved.
