Where you will be working

Urana Multipurpose Service is a 22 bed facility comprising 12 high care residential and seven low care residential aged care beds as well as 3 acute beds. Additional services include visiting physiotherapy, podiatry, dental and women’s health.  The local GP surgery also has access to a diabetes educator, dietitian and visiting geriatrician.

What you will be doing

Provide safe compassionate person centred care through the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve safe quality care outcomes that meet the goals of the individual.

• Existing employees with a minimum of 6 months continuous service within NSW Health are eligible to apply.
