About the role
5c is a specialist haematology unit and provides care to patients with malignant and non-malignant blood disorders.
The most common diagnosis we manage are acute leukaemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma however any blood disorder can be managed under our speciality. 
Reporting directly to the Nursing Unit Manager, with good support and educational opportunities from a great team. 
This is a good opportunity to expand and build on your clinical skills in an acute care environment / haematology. 
What you bring  
Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA. Completed minimum one year post graduate nursing experience.

Calvary Mater Newcastle provides an Emergency Department open 24 hours seven days a week an Intensive Care Unit, and extensive Palliative Care services including the Mercy Hospice. Hunter New England Local Health District’s Mental Health Facility and Breastscreen NSW are also located on the Mater campus.
