About the Role

Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.

    

A Perioperative nurse is responsible for providing patient centred care. They are part of a multidisciplinary team to assist with the care of patients during surgery. We are looking for nurses with advanced skills in the Perioperative Field of Instrument Circulating Nurse. Must be able to work a rotating roster and participate in Oncall requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.
  • Experience in Theatres is highly desirable 

Applicants will need have the ability to work on a 24/7 rotating on-call roster
