Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse ready to make a meaningful impact in neonatal care? We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Special Care Nursery team, where you’ll critically assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based, culturally sensitive care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Your person-centred communication will ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for our tiniest patients and their families.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of your clinical practice, engage in ongoing professional development, and actively support and mentor others. You’ll uphold the highest standards of nursing practice in accordance with Registered Nurse Standards for Practice, Code of Professional Conduct, ANCI Code of Ethics, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct. The Registered Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, quality, person centred care and work in collaboration with patients/families/carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.
