Selection Criteria:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
- Demonstrates good quality documentation skills and computer literacy and the ability to work with EMR systems, electronic booking systems and online results management
- A good understanding of the issues and needs of priority populations attending sexual health centre in an inner city setting.
- Demonstrated clinical experience working in the sexual health or related field or demonstrated interest in working in the sexual health sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a fast paced environment whilst ensuring safe, effective and high quality care.
