About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team specialising in the management of chronic liver disease. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in coordinating, assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients diagnosed with liver disease across outpatient and inpatient settings. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, performing physical examinations, and utilising liver stiffness measurements to support treatment decisions. Collaborating closely with our Nurse Practitioner and medical specialists, you will participate in the development of tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
