About the Opportunity
Liverpool ICU is currently looking for motivated, enthusiastic experienced ICU nurses to provide expert nursing care to complex patients. You will be a proactive team player, with demonstrated ability and desire to be part of a dynamic work force, mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement.
To be successful you will have experience in an acute ICU setting or equivalent critical care setting with a high standard of clinical care.
- Provide complex and multidisciplinary care.
- Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs.
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice.
- Support the educational culture for development of self and the development of peers and junior workforce.
- To deliver education to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end of life needs.

The Registered Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, quality, person-centred care and work in collaboration with patients/families/carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.
