About the Service
Boggabri MPS includes:
- 16-bed Residential Aged Care Facility
- 4 acute care beds
- 2 emergency department beds
- Co-located with a GP Surgery and Ambulance Station
We are a collaborative team of RNs, EENs, ENs, and AINs. As an RN, you'll work across all areas and often lead the team during your shift, particularly after hours.
About the Role
- Full rotating shift roster
- Diverse scope: aged care, emergency, acute, and palliative care
- Triage and emergency experience essential
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills required
- Comfortable working independently and in-charge
- Educational support available, including buddying for new staff and a Clinical Nurse Educator on site 5 days/fortnight
