About the Role:
Muswellbrook Hospital is seeking committed and innovative Registered Nurses who are eager to make a difference in patient care and support the health of our vibrant community. While your primary focus will be on the Medical & Surgical wards, this role offers the exciting potential to expand into Emergency and peri-operative services in the future. The ideal candidate will bring recent experience in an acute care setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of the fast-paced and complex nature of healthcare delivery. • *Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position. All payments made to part time employees will be on a pro-rata basis. Check your eligibility here- Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme. • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• An eligibility list will be created for future permanent full or part time and temporary full or part time vacancies.
• To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable local candidate is identified for the position; in this instance, you may only be offered employment in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.
