We're looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Lake Macquarie or Newcastle Community Mental Health Centre teams. Whether you’re experienced in mental health or eager to expand your skills in this vital area, you’ll be supported by a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, growth, and person-centred care.

About the role:

As a Registered Nurse in our community mental health team, you will:

  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred, trauma-informed care
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and peer workers
  • Conduct mental health assessments and support recovery planning
  • Engage therapeutically with consumers, their families, and support networks
  • Contribute to care coordination and community outreach initiatives
  • Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
