About the role:
In this versatile and rewarding position, you’ll work across both the Emergency Department and General Ward, with future opportunities to expand into peri-operative care.
You will:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients in emergency, medical, and surgical settings
- Collaborate with an experienced team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, a Nurse Unit Manager, and Clinical Nurse Educators
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative workplace culture where professional development is encouraged
- Work on a rotating roster that supports work-life balance and provides variety in your clinical experience
About you:
We’re seeking a Registered Nurse who:
- Has recent experience in Emergency and either holds triage credentialing or is willing to work towards it
- Is passionate about person-centred care and able to advocate for patients and families
- Can respond effectively to rapidly changing clinical situations
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and cultural respect in all interactions
- Are confident supervising students and delegating to ENs and AINs within scope of practice
