About the role
· Lead and coordinate the Day Clinic, including depot and metabolic monitoring programs.
· Drive quality care by supporting safe administration and compliance of long-acting injectable antipsychotics.
· Manage Impress systems and collaborate closely with internal and external pharmacy partners.
· Maintain a small caseload of consumers requiring ongoing community mental health care.
· Contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to recovery-oriented practice.
About you
· Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA.
· Experience working in the community or acute mental health setting.
· Competence in administering and monitoring long-acting injectable antipsychotic medication.
· Knowledge of metabolic monitoring and psychotropic medication management.
· Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team-based, person-centred care.
