About the role:
The role of a Community Health Registered Nurse is vital in delivering and evaluating top-notch nursing care tailored to achieve specific clinical objectives for each patient or client. Daily, you'll encounter new situations that enable close engagement either within their own home or here in the clinic. Your duties will include visiting clients in the community and district, completing wound assessments, management and service coordination.
To support your success in this role, you will receive thorough onboarding, including a detailed orientation from current staffing within this role and support from the Health Service Manager and local CNE.

Where you’ll be working:
Werris Creek is home to a 16-bed facility, including 12 residential beds and 4 sub-acute beds, located within the Liverpool Plains Local Government Area, with Quirindi as its central hub. The Werris Creek MPS, situated on North St, offers stunning eastern views. Known for its friendly and knowledgeable team, many of whom have long-standing local ties, the facility provides a welcoming and positive work environment.

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
