Hawkesbury District Health Service is a teaching hospital in Windsor NSW, providing acute, community and allied health services for the local community and surrounding districts. The service provides 24-hour emergency, medical, surgical, diagnostic, maternity, neonatal, paediatric, palliative, intensive and coronary care services.

What you will bring to the role 

  1. Current registration as Registered Nurse Level 1 with APHRA
  2. Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in Acute Care Nursing as a registered nurse (including Completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse)
  3. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
  4. Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
  5. Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
  6. Demonstrated commitment to professional development
  7. Ability to work a flexible roster, day, evening or night shift across all days of the week according to the unit/service requirements
