About the Role

Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. The Registered Midwife is responsible for the provision of woman centred; evidence- based midwifery care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Midwife will assess, plan, implement and evaluate midwifery care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Ideal Candidate
  • Current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA). 
  • Can commit to at least 1 shift per month
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
