  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
  2. Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in project management and health services delivery and/or capital projects
  3. Demonstrated skills in managing a number of projects concurrently, with varying timeframes and workloads, in a high volume work environment
  4. Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships
  5. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide informed advice and to make and facilitate decisions and recommendations
  6. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders
  7. High level ICT skills, including in the use of the Microsoft suite of programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint to capture, monitor and report against project deliverables
