- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
- Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in project management and health services delivery and/or capital projects
- Demonstrated skills in managing a number of projects concurrently, with varying timeframes and workloads, in a high volume work environment
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide informed advice and to make and facilitate decisions and recommendations
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders
- High level ICT skills, including in the use of the Microsoft suite of programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint to capture, monitor and report against project deliverables
