Redevelopment - Change and Transition Lead

Demonstrated high level skills and experience in change management and/or planning and development.

Previous experience in clinical operations, operational management and or project management roles within Health.

Significant health care experience in an operational setting and experience in health care.

Demonstrated advanced level analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to provide high level influencing, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with managers and staff in a professional manner.

Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of contemporary issues in health service planning, models of care and redesign.
-
Relevant tertiary qualifications or previous experience in health service planning, management or a relevant discipline.

Intermediate to advanced MS Word skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
