  1. Extensive experience in managing complex redevelopment projects in a large and complex health or pathology organization or equivalent service industry, including relevant project management experience or equivalent. This includes extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience ensuring projects are completed on time, to quality standards and within agreed scope
  2. Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills including ability to analyse and interpret highly complex information from numerous sources, exercise independent judgement in a dynamic multi-stakeholder environment, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused and innovative solutions.
  3. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals and always work with a customer focused approach in a collaborative team environment
  4. Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills with previous experience engaging, collaborating and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes
  5. Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills to support a range of redesign and change methodologies and staff development.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders (including Pathology and Health professionals) in a variety of settings, including experience with facilitating client meetings & workshops
  7. Proven proficiency using office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow and Trello.
  8. Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites and facilities across a large geographic area, which may include overnight stays

Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases
This is a Category A position. All Category A applicants must read and understand NSW Health Policy Directive PD2022_030 Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Diseases. All recruits must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy. All recruits must provide evidence against specified diseases and comply with the requirements of this policy at their own cost prior to appointment.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.


Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
