To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Recent experience working in a Recruitment or HR Transactional unit for a large complex organisation, or a similar position working with an eRecruitment system and a Human Resources information System.
  2. Demonstrated capacity to understand and interpret NSW Health Industry Awards, Agreements and policies.
  3. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use initiative, judgement and discretion in a flexible and creative manner.
  4. Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, prioritise, negotiate and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results and meet deadlines
  5. Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service for a broad range of clients whilst maintaining confidentiality and compliance to awards and policies.
  6. Are you confident in your ability to work both independently and collaboratively and effectively with a team that services a wide and varied client base
  7. Demonstrated well developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all internal and external SWSLHD recruitment stakeholders.
  8. Are you willing to join a district wide service including travelling and working across all SWSLHD sites and facilities as required.
