- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
- Effective communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Demonstrated proficiency in time management and organisational skills with ability to meet predetermined targets and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt work practices to suit circumstances to ensure the Mid North Coast Local Health District priorities are met
- Competent computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets)

Demonstrated skills and experience in the delivery of health projects including event planning and the use of audio-visual technology.

Demonstrated experience in, or willingness to learn quality improvement methodologies.
- Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel as required
