Targeted Questions (1-2 pages)
If you do not include responses to the below questions your application will not be considered.
1) Describe a time when you have worked with others to develop and implement a solution to a process or operational issue? What did you do, how did you work with others, and what was the outcome?
2) Describe a project you have managed from beginning to end. How did you plan, coordinate activities, monitor the progress, and keep stakeholders engaged? What was the outcome of the project?
