Project Manager Security and Infrastructure - SESLHD
What You'll Be Doing:
The vision for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is ‘exceptional care, healthier lives’. This role will support the delivery of security infrastructure projects across SESLHD including The Sutherland Hospital, St George Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital, Royal Hospital for Women and Sydney & Sydney Eye Hospitals. The role will enable the efficient and effective operation of electronic security systems to meet safety, compliance and service objectives.

Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, security management, engineering, or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach.
- Demonstrated ability to influence workplace culture, support continuous improvement, and lead change projects within complex operational environments.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to meet workplace needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to provide input, interpret, monitor, and evaluate policies, procedures and standards.
- Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
