Selection Criteria
  1. Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of local/regional projects, frameworks and/or initiatives with state wide application, including capacity to participate in organisational change initiatives and capability to undertake redesign methodology and AIM training.
  2. Demonstrated experience working in a complex environment dealing with and influencing senior management and stakeholders to meet project needs in a timely manner.
  3. Demonstrated experience in facilitating change, analysing problems, developing effective solutions and resolving conflicting priorities in a health or corporate context.
  4. Proven ability to manage project scope, monitors project progress, identify and manage project risks and issues.
  5. High level communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with proven ability to prepare to high standard all relevant project documentation and the ability to liaise with stakeholders, conduct workshops and deliver presentations, training and information to a broad audience; ability to effectively motivate and persuade others.
  6. Knowledge of or ability to quickly gain knowledge of NSW Ambulance operations.
  7. Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
  8. Proven high level proficiency in various software programs including Microsoft Office suite applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
