To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in health related discipline or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in clinical redesign.
  2. Understanding of and /or qualifications and/or equivalent experience in, enterprise risk management principles and application in a health service setting.
  3. Demonstrated skills and experience in managing all stages of the project cycle in health care settings (Planning, change impact assessment, financial management, development of solutions, risk management, implementation, monitoring) and ability to manage multiple complex tasks and to effectively lead matrix project teams in achieving required outcomes.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge, experience and effective delivery of health service projects including workforce management, inter-relationship between models of care, contemporaneous evidence base, innovation and relevant operational policies and procedures.
  5. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to give presentations, engage clinicians, negotiate change and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organisation with proven ability to address change resistance.
  6. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation.
  7. Self-sufficiency in computing, specifically word processing, spread sheet and project management applications
  8. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
