To be considered for this position you must be an employee of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District and its Affiliated Health Organisations.
This role as Project Coordinator is responsible for providing high level project and administrative support to the Youth Mental Health (YMH) teams in establishing, utilising and continuously improving frameworks, processes, and tools required for the optimal functioning of YMH teams. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for project documentation and secretariat duties for steering committees and other meetings

Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, public health or relevant equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and appreciation of the processes of project related activities and high level administration support.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in performing a range of management and administrative tasks within allocated timeframe.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare briefings, reports, and business cases.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt work practices to meet current and emerging business needs.
