Program Manager Leadership & Management

The Program Manager Leadership & Management is responsible for supporting the design, delivery, implementation, reporting, research and evaluation of Leadership and Management development programs in the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) by:

  1. Support the design, delivery, implementation, reporting, research and evaluation of Leadership and Management development programs consistent with NSW Health and HETI's strategic direction.
  2. Apply adult learning principles to design and deliver non-accredited and accredited leadership and management development programs to staff within NSW Health.
  3. Support program delivery with high level project management ensuring production of professional project documentation for assigned programs and projects to ensure outcomes are achieved.
  4. Plan develop, design, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate evidence based best practice education including assessment materials to optimise learning outcomes and learner engagement using a wide range of delivery modes for both face to face and virtual deliveries.

The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. Please also discuss any opportunities for innovation, which you identified in the stakeholder engagement process which you then imbedded in the program.
