About this role

This role exposes you to a variety of interesting programs and projects, involving partnerships and touchpoints across the Ministry of Health. You will engage and collaborate with external stakeholders including consumers, clinicians, service providers and peak bodies to support program delivery models.
You will be well-supported by a dedicated and welcoming team, with opportunities to grow in your role and develop your skills in engaging projects and policy areas.
Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $110,266 - $122,058 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
- Provide secretariat support for key stakeholder meetings and manage communication with stakeholder groups.
- Review, interpret and provide written advice and briefs about guidelines and policy documents.
- Draft responses, reports and other written material relating to program areas within the Clinical Governance and Systems portfolio.
- Support workforce development initiatives to support priority and targeted AOD workforces.
- Work with teams across the Centre for Alcohol and Other Drugs to support clinical governance activities for programs and services.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Experience in high-level secretariat functions and stakeholder management
- Highly developed communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
