Where you'll be working
This is a Hospital based role in the allied health department with a small team of 5 Podiatrists. There will be a small amount of travel between St George and Sutherland hospitals to attend the fortnightly Inter-disciplinary High Risk Foot Clinic.
What you'll be doing

Selection Criteria:
1. Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Demonstrated core competency skills in wound care, diabetes, biomechanics, partial and total nail avulsion surgery, general podiatry assessment and management and foot care education.
3. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to proactively engage with patients/clients to enhance service delivery
4. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to exercise independent professional judgement on routine matters, commensurate with years of experience
5. Computer skills and the capacity to use health information systems
6. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence based practice and a commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning
