What you'll be doing
This role involves delivering high-quality physiotherapy services within the Geriatric Medicine Department at WSLHD. The position supports service planning, improvement, and evaluation, with a focus on teamwork and inclusivity. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Providing high-quality physiotherapy to WSLHD patients.
- Contributing to service planning, implementation, and reporting.
- Requires full-time work, including some weekends and public holidays.

Essential Criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
Current General Physiotherapy Registration under AHPRA.
Selection Criteria:
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) and current unrestricted NSW Drivers licence.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, set priorities and apply a range of options to develop solutions skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, high level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
- Ability to provide high quality physiotherapy services across a broad range of clinical areas.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of Quality Improvement & Evidenced Based Practice.
