- Full registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Evidence of extensive clinical experience with a minimum as a Level 2 Physiotherapist. A current and unrestricted NSW driver's licence (P2 licence acceptable)
- Demonstrated commitment to the provision of an evidence-based allied health service (assessment, team case management and discussions, intervention and referral planning) to children in the first 2000 days of life with skills in both partnership and capacity building with families, educators and other key service providers.
- Development of systems to enhance organisational/workload and prioritisation skills and the capacity/ skills to negotiate, advocate, and use independent judgement to address organisational and professional challenges.
- Experience with service evaluation and reporting as well as initiating, leading, completing, and sharing quality improvement activities.
