Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g. Bachelor of Pharmacy. Must satisfy Grade 2 classification as per Health Employees Pharmacists (State) Award.
Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Demonstrated experience in clinical hospital pharmacy practice in Neurology or equivalent extensive clinical experience
- Demonstrated excellent therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practice
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage time to meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice change
- Demonstrated skills and experience in managing a complex workload, problem solving and development and implementation of initiative
