To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Eligible to apply for Supervised Practice arrangements with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) prior to the agreed date for commencement and enrollment in the National Intern Training Program for pharmacists.
- Current clinical pharmacy knowledge and clinical problem solving ability, including ability to perform medication chart reviews
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including medication counselling to enable a patient to safely and effectively administer medicines.
- An understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of a pharmacist
- Commitment to hospital pharmacy practice, lifelong learning and willingness to take initiative to broaden skills, knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as an individual and as a member of a team.
