Essential Criteria:
Vaccination: A
Criminal Record Check: National Check and Working with Children Check
Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g. Bachelor of Pharmacy AND must satisfy Grade 2 classification as per Health Employees Pharmacists (State) Award.
Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated excellent and effective communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and skills in providing pharmaceutical services to ensure safe use of medicines
- Demonstrated excellent therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practice
- Demonstrated excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a large multidisciplinary team environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise large workload and cope with highly stressful clinical situations
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and teaching activities.
- Willing to work on weekends, on-call as per departmental rosters
