Performance Analyst - The Sutherland Hospital
Selection Criteria:
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or Health Administration or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience using data management and analysis skills in a large organisation
2. Demonstrated high level understanding of hospital performance and Activity Based Funding/Management principles with extensive experience with patient activity data and patient management information.
3. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach
4. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders
6. Demonstrated experience in planning and evaluation at strategic and service levels within a high volume dynamic work environment
