ABOUT THE ROLE

The People Hub Administrator is responsible for high quality, client-focused rostering and time and attendance support in relation to verification and accuracy of roster and payroll data within NSW Ambulance, whilst ensuring strict deadlines are maintained at all times. 

 

The role will provide timely data collection and input of source documentation into HealthRoster, be responsible for providing HealthRoster user support and the timely flow of time and attendance records to StaffLink Payroll. Resolve staff payroll enquiries, managing ServiceNow incidents, Paramedic Crewing Line and adapt where necessary to increase best practice and consistent approaches to rostering and time and attendance across the organisation.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following experience and attributes:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge on Microsoft products especially Excel
