What You'll be Doing
The purpose of the role is to promote and improve patient safety and contribute to enhance experience of care. The Patient Experience Manager is responsible for initiating patient experience programs and initiatives at the Facility and District level.

  1. Relevant tertiary health qualification and/or relevant equivalent experience within a hospital environment and/or NSW Public Health System.
  2. Describe a situation where you have to communicate, liaise, negotiate and consult effectively with a variety of key stakeholders to manage a difficult situation.
  3. Improving the patient experience is a key function of this role. How would you approach enhancing the patient experience in South Western Sydney Local Health District?
  4. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
