Remuneration: $141,974.00 - $169,151.00 plus 11.5% superannuation

The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking experienced and driven Patient Billing Managers to lead the delivery of patient billing operations across NSW public health entities. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll be responsible for managing billing teams, driving performance, and ensuring effective revenue collection for patient services provided in our public health system.
As the Patient Billing Manager, you will lead and manage the statewide Patient Billing Operations functions ensuring efficient, effective, and customer-focused billing service delivery. You will oversee team performance, KPIs, and adherence to relevant policies and legislation while providing expert advice and analysis to promote continuous improvement and support staff development, capability building, and drive change initiatives in a dynamic environment.
This is a temporary interim role to support the transition of patient billing functions into a centralised operating model.
