About the Opportunity
As a Workstream Manager within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will play a key leadership role in the design, configuration, testing and operationalisation of a state-wide digital health record. You’ll be responsible for driving the delivery of your workstream through all phases of the program lifecycle—from design to implementation and into ongoing operational support.

This role offers the opportunity to lead one of the most transformative projects in the NSW Health system. You will work across a dynamic multidisciplinary team and in close collaboration with clinical and technical stakeholders to design and implement digital health solutions that align with best practice and support quality, safe patient care. You’ll use modern digital health platforms and governance frameworks, while applying strong project, product, and change management methodologies.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a dedicated workstream team to deliver solutions in line with program timeframes and clinical needs
  • Guide the design, configuration, testing and implementation of digital health solutions using best practice methodologies
  • Engage and collaborate with clinical, operational and ICT stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with statewide service requirements
  • Manage governance processes and provide strategic advice and regular reporting to senior leaders
  • Oversee the transition of workstream solutions into live operational services post-implementation

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Brings extensive experience leading large-scale digital health or ICT solution delivery in complex healthcare settings and/or holds tertiary qualifications in IT or Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health or Health Information Management)
  • Has strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
  • Possesses relevant project or product management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
  • Can balance strategic priorities with operational needs in a fast-paced and evolving digital health environment
