• Please describe your achievements in developing Organisational Change Management and Adoption Strategies to support and improve the use and adoption of IT systems within highly complex service industry organisations.
• Please describe and provide examples of how your use your people skills to collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills build in order to maintain effective relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
• Describe your experience in facilitating workshops or sessions with diverse and large audiences and stakeholders. Provide examples of how you assess the audiences understanding and readiness for change.
