Operations Manager - Child, Youth & Family Mental Health

What will you bring to the role:

1. Relevant tertiary qualification in health-related discipline and/or equivalent senior leadership or management experience within community child and youth mental health.
2. Demonstrated experience in managing a multidisciplinary clinical team, with strong skills in both people management and operational management.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary issues within the NSW and National health care agenda, including a knowledge of issues relevant to child, youth and family mental health and in the development of Mental Health services.
4. Sound understanding of quality, risk, governance and regulatory systems and processes related to health care delivery
5. Demonstrated knowledge of the legislative requirements that govern Mental Health service provision, including the NSW Mental Health Act (2007) and an understanding of current State and National Mental Health policies, and their potential impact on service provision in the public sector.
6. Experience in organisational re-design and change management, with proven ability to drive operational and service reform and positive workplace culture.
7. Well-developed analytical, conceptual, problem solving and strategic capabilities with exceptional planning and organisational skills.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including substantial experience in leading high-level negotiations and writing complex reports, business cases and briefings.
