Selection Criteria
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated ability to provide occupational therapy specific mental health functional assessments and goal-oriented interventions.
- Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating individual and group occupational therapy interventions for people with mental health issues.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder Consultation.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and health applications.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence (Class C – unrestricted).
