Selection Criteria:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and management within a health care setting, with knowledge of the management of a casual workforce
- Has undertaken and continues to engage in professional development to further advance their management and leadership competencies
- A demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and delivery of health care services, including an understanding of financial and FTE management
- A demonstrated understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation
- A demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and the ability to manage change.
- Demonstrable negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Computer literacy skills
