You will be working at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. The hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.

      

The Nursing Unit Manager role is responsible for the operational management and leadership of nursing/ staff to ensure the provision of high quality patient and family centered care and nursing and or midwifery excellence at unit/ward level.

Ideal Candidate

     

  • All candidates must have full working rights within Australia
  • Current unencumbered Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Extensive post registration experience in a relevant clinical area with clinical management experience in a tertiary/district health care facility.
  • Demonstrated proficient problem solving skills and experience in Performance Development.
